Official Clarification on Recent Claims About Paakuu
Dear Paakuu community,
We are aware of claims circulating that Paakuu is a partner or subsidiary of Isekai Zero, ARX Media Sdn Bhd, or companies associated with them. We would like to clarify our position openly.
Paakuu is an independent platform under Redseed Technology 202403260097 (003653563-V). We are not a partner, subsidiary, or affiliated company of Isekai Zero, ARX Media Sdn Bhd, or any company related to them.
We launched Paakuu in August 2026 after seeing a need for a welcoming, healthy space for the anime, comics, and games (ACG) community. Our purpose is to support the people, creativity, and hard work that make this community special.
Our role in the upcoming event
The organisers of the upcoming event were the first to express interest in trying our platform. Their use of Paakuu is as an event organiser using our ticketing service; it does not represent a corporate affiliation or partnership. As of 11 September 2026, no financial transactions have taken place between us and these organisers. Our support has been offered in good faith, with the aim of providing a better event ticketing platform tailored to the needs of the ACG community.
With the event taking place on 12 September 2026 and attendees already using our website, we want to provide the public with a smooth and reliable ticketing experience. As a new startup, we take that responsibility seriously.
We also recognise that we need to do more. Going forward, we are committed to conducting more thorough research and review before allowing event organisers to host on Paakuu.
Protecting the community's creativity
Paakuu exists for the ACG community. The creativity, effort, and original work of its members deserve respect and protection, and we are continuing to improve how we uphold that responsibility.
On 10 September 2026, we removed the AI-generated posts we had identified, along with the user accounts responsible for them. Our current prohibition on AI-generated content applies to posts; it does not currently apply to event pages. This rule may be amended over time, as explained in our Terms and Conditions.
I am currently building and running this project on my own. While I continue to improve the platform and its moderation, reports from the community are a valuable help. If you come across an AI-generated post, please email admin@redseed.my or redseed.technology@gmail.com with a link to the post so I can review it and take action.
Thank you for raising your concerns and for giving Paakuu the opportunity to grow. We know that trust must be earned through our actions. We will keep listening, learning, and working towards a healthy, welcoming space for the community.
